How surot get in, and why they spread
Bed bugs travel in luggage, second-hand furniture and delivery packaging. They do not indicate a dirty home — a spotless condo unit is as vulnerable as anywhere else, and in shared buildings they move between units through wall voids and conduits.
A female lays several eggs a day, and nymphs hatch over one to two weeks. That hatch window is why a single treatment almost always fails and why our scope includes the second visit as standard.
What our bed bug treatment includes
Seams, frames, skirting, sockets and adjoining rooms checked for live bugs, eggs and shed skins.
Targeted heat where furniture allows, plus a residual barrier through every harbourage.
A second application matched to the hatch cycle so newly emerged nymphs are caught.
Indoor and yard treatment for pet households, coordinated with your vet’s schedule.
Why DIY bed bug treatment fails
Contact sprays kill what they touch and nothing else. Eggs are unaffected, and disturbing the harbourage scatters survivors into adjacent rooms — which makes the next attempt harder and more expensive.
A two-visit professional cycle covers the hatch. That is what breaks the population instead of relocating it.
Per room, including the follow-up visit. Hotels and dormitories are quoted per floor.
How the service runs
See the full process, prep and re-entry times →Seams, frames, skirting and sockets checked by torch. We confirm it is surot and not fleas or mites.
Your washing and bagging list. Poor prep is the main reason bed bug treatments fail.
Targeted heat where furniture allows, plus a residual barrier through every harbourage.
A second application timed to the hatch, since eggs survive the first pass. Included in the price.
Plan to be out 4–6 hours per treated room. Do not sleep elsewhere in the house afterwards — moving rooms is how a one-room problem becomes a whole-house one.
Questions we get asked
How much is bed bug treatment in the Philippines?
Expect ₱2,500 to ₱12,000 per room including the second visit. Price depends on furniture volume and whether heat treatment is needed.
Do I have to throw out my mattress?
Usually not. Most mattresses are treatable in place; encasements handle the rest. We only recommend disposal when the frame or foam is structurally infested, and we will show you why.
How long until the bed bugs are gone?
Live activity drops sharply within days of the first treatment. Full clearance is confirmed after the follow-up visit, roughly two weeks later.
Often booked with this
Both hide in the same cracks and voids, and both need treatment that reaches harbourage rather than surfaces.
Hotels and rentals use scheduled inspection cycles to catch surot between guests instead of after a complaint.
Serviced apartments and hotels need rapid room-by-room response, which is contract work.
