The terms that apply when you book an inspection or a treatment with us.
Quotes and pricing
Inspections are free and carry no obligation. Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges for Metro Manila; your actual price is the figure on your written quote, which is confirmed after inspection. Nothing is charged until you approve that quote in writing.
Who performs the work
Work booked through Kalasag Pest Control is carried out by a licensed, FDA-registered pest control operator. The licence number of the operator attending your job appears on your service report.
Guarantee
General pest treatments carry a re-treatment guarantee of 14 to 30 days depending on the treatment. Termite soil barrier work carries a 12-month guarantee and is re-probed at 30 days. The exact period is stated on your quote.
The guarantee does not cover: re-infestation originating from neighbouring units or adjoining properties; conditions we identified and asked you to repair that were not repaired, including leaks, drainage faults and structural gaps; preparation we asked for that was not completed before the visit; and any chemicals applied by you or a third party after our treatment.
Access and preparation
You agree to provide safe access at the agreed time and to complete the preparation steps given to you beforehand. If we cannot access the property at the booked time, or preparation has not been done, we may need to rebook.
Safety
Only DOH-registered products are used, applied at label dose. You will be told the re-entry time before treatment starts, and you agree to observe it, including keeping children and pets out of treated areas for the stated period.
Cancellation
Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a booking. There is no charge for cancelling a free inspection.
