Why ipis are a health problem, not just a nuisance
Cockroaches move between drains, garbage and food surfaces, carrying bacteria on their bodies. Their droppings and shed skins are a documented asthma trigger, which matters in households with children.
German cockroaches — the small ones in kitchens — reach maturity in weeks and hide in motor housings, hinge gaps and wall voids. Seeing one in daylight means the harbourage is already crowded.
What our cockroach control service includes
Behind appliances, under sinks, inside motor housings and along drain lines.
Targeted placements carried back to the nest, with no kitchen shutdown required.
Foaming of drains and wall voids where German cockroaches breed.
After-hours visits with service reports formatted for sanitary permit requirements.
Why aerosols make it worse
Spraying scatters the population into wall voids and neighbouring units, and repellent products push them somewhere you cannot treat. The count looks better for a week, then rebounds higher.
Baiting works with their feeding behaviour and reaches the insects you never see, including the nymphs still inside the harbourage.
Condo or townhouse, single treatment. Restaurants are usually contracted monthly rather than one-off.
How the service runs
See the full process, prep and re-entry times →Behind appliances, under sinks, inside motor housings and along drains — where they live, not where you see them.
Scope and fixed price. Food service gets an after-hours slot, so nothing closes.
Bait into cracks, hinges and voids, plus foaming of drains and wall cavities.
A check and top-up if activity is still showing, at no charge.
No need to leave, no drift, and kitchens can go straight back into use. Do not wipe the treated edges afterwards — that is the bait working.
Questions we get asked
How much does cockroach control cost?
A one-time treatment for a condo or townhouse runs ₱1,000 to ₱6,000. Food service is normally on a monthly contract, priced on floor area.
Can we stay in the house during treatment?
Yes. Gel baiting is applied in cracks and voids, so there is no spray drift and no need to leave. Kitchens can go back into use immediately.
Why am I seeing more cockroaches after treatment?
That is the bait working — insects leave harbourage to feed and die in the open over the first two to three days. Do not clean the treated edges, and the count drops off from day four.
Often booked with this
Ipis and rats share the same harbourage and food sources. Treating one usually exposes the other.
Kitchen jobs are frequently both, and booking them together costs less than two separate visits.
Food service needs monitoring and a trend log for the sanitary permit, not a single spray.
Ipis and surot shelter in the same cracks and voids, and both need treatment that reaches harbourage rather than surfaces.
