How Kalasag Pest Control collects, uses and protects your personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, the city or barangay where the property is, the pest type you select, and any notes you add. If you contact us by phone, Viber or email we keep a record of that exchange.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange an inspection, produce a quote, carry out the work and keep the service records that pest control work requires. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the licensed, FDA-registered pest control operator who carries out the work, because they need them to attend the job. They are not shared with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Where work is carried out, service records are retained as long as required for regulatory and warranty purposes.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email andy.digitaldesk@gmail.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the map on our areas page loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; both receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
